Doodle Pirates began with a simple idea: what if play, work and belonging were designed together from the start?
We are a purpose-driven research and design company building cognitive, educational and assistive technologies. We create sustainable toys, books, apparel and software that support early learning while expanding meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent adults.
Through the products we build and the stories we share, we work to make learning and play more accessible and to model workplaces where different minds thrive.
Everything we build is guided by the Doodle Pirate Code.
The Code shapes how we treat people, how we make decisions and how we move forward when the path is unclear. Rooted in exploration, compassion, courage, humility and optimism, it is the standard we hold ourselves to as we grow.

For too many autistic and neurodivergent adults, traditional workplaces were not designed with them in mind. We are building something different.
